The hotel experience was quite disappointing overall. It’s a large place, but with only a few lifts, waiting around became frustrating. The onsen in the basement was appealing, but the bathroom in our room had some mold, which was off-putting. Also, breakfast was a letdown despite the initial excitement the kids had over pancakes. The location is a bit isolated, which made it challenging to venture out. I'll definitely look for a different place next time.

Rooms
5.0
The room was a standard Japanese-size, but it felt dark even with all the lights on. We could hear a lot of noise from the corridor and from neighboring rooms, which was not ideal.
Service
5.0
Service was unfortunately lacking. Getting assistance was difficult, and there seemed to be a lack of English support at the front desk.
Location

The hotel was quite far from attractions and amenities. We had to rely on buses to get around, which added to the inconvenience.
Dining

Breakfast was just okay, and the setup made it hard for us to get what we wanted as we were there during busy hours.
Facilities

The onsen was a nice touch, but overall the facilities felt overcrowded and not well-maintained.

The hotel offers a decent price point with good buffet breakfasts, but I faced quite a few issues during my stay. The rooms felt dated and lacked air conditioning, which made it quite uncomfortable during hotter days. Additionally, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, which detracted from the overall experience. On the plus side, the staff was friendly, and the onsen was a nice amenity.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it has a nice sauna facility, my overall experience was quite disappointing. The rooms were outdated and not very clean, which detracted from my stay. The location is a bit far from the city, making it less convenient for exploring Sapporo. Additionally, the breakfast was poorly managed and lacked variety. I doubt I would return or recommend it to anyone.

The service was unhelpful at best; the check-in staff struggled with English and seemed disinterested in assisting guests.

My stay was a mixed bag. The location was a bit far from downtown Sapporo, making it inconvenient for sightseeing, but I did enjoy the nice onsen at the hotel. The service was decent, though there were some eco-friendly concerns. The room itself was spacious but had a slight musty smell. Overall, it was reasonably priced, but I wouldn't rate it highly.

5.8/10

The hotel is quite affordable with a reasonable price for a night's stay, around 6,000 yen per person, and the breakfast was a definite highlight despite the chaotic dining area. However, the rooms felt outdated and lacked air conditioning, making it uncomfortable during warmer days. Additionally, the onsen area was noisy, which detracted from the relaxed atmosphere you might expect.

Rooms

The rooms seemed quite outdated, and while they were fairly clean, the strong urine smell in the bathroom was unpleasant. There's no air conditioning, only a small fan, making it feel too warm during my stay.
Service

The service was decent with friendly staff, but given the price point, my expectations were higher. They ran a good onsen which was a nice touch.
Location
6.0
The hotel is a bit far from main attractions, requiring a bus to get to Sapporo, which can be an inconvenience.
Dining

Breakfast was decent with a buffet spread, but it got chaotic during peak hours. There could be more breakfast options to cater to different tastes.
Facilities

The onsen was nice but unfortunately too noisy to truly relax. It felt more like a busy marketplace than a tranquil setting.
